5. Google Contacts Import and Sync
5.1 Importing Contacts
When you link a Google account and choose to import contacts, Sasi Sales & Stock Management requests read-only Google Contacts access using https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly. We read contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses and save imported contacts into the Sasi Sales & Stock Management database for your business. Imported contacts may then be used inside Sasi Sales & Stock Management for customer records, warranty creation, Bulk SMS campaigns, customer service, reports, and related business workflows.
5.2 Syncing Contacts to Google
If you explicitly enable Google Contacts sync, Sasi Sales & Stock Management requests additional Google Contacts permission using https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts. This permission is used only to create or update contacts in your linked Google Contacts account when customer contacts are added or updated in Sasi Sales & Stock Management. We do not delete Google Contacts.
5.3 Avoiding Duplicates and Maintaining Sync
We may store Google contact IDs, resource names, sync tokens, timestamps, and mapping records so that Sasi Sales & Stock Management can recognize contacts that were previously imported or synchronized. This helps reduce duplicate contacts and allows updates to be applied to the correct contact record.
5.4 Your Control
Google account linking, contact import, and contact sync are optional. You may disconnect your Google account at any time from Sasi Sales & Stock Management, and you may also revoke Sasi Sales & Stock Management’s access from your Google Account permissions page.
6. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Sasi Sales & Stock Management’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide user-facing contact import and contact synchronization features that you request or enable. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, unrelated profiling, or selling personal data. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security, compliance, support requested by you, or when required by law.
For Google account linking, Sasi Sales & Stock Management uses openid, email, and profile only to identify the linked Google account shown to you in the app. Google Contacts read-only access is requested for import. Google Contacts write access is requested only if you choose to enable sync back to Google Contacts.
We do not use Google Contacts data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
7. Facebook and Meta App Data
If Sasi Sales & Stock Management uses Facebook Login, Meta APIs, Meta SDKs, or another Meta platform product, we use information received from Meta only for the user-facing purpose you authorize, such as account login, account linking, support, or enabled business features.
We do not sell Facebook or Meta user data. We do not use Facebook or Meta user data for unrelated advertising, unauthorized profiling, or any purpose that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, Meta Platform Terms, or the permissions you approved.
We may store an app-scoped Facebook user ID, name, email address, profile picture URL, access token metadata, granted permissions, and audit logs as needed to maintain the connection, secure the account, and support app functionality.
You may remove Sasi Sales & Stock Management from your Facebook account by going to Facebook settings, then Apps and Websites, and removing Sasi Sales & Stock Management. You may also request deletion using the instructions below.
8. Facebook/Meta Data Deletion Instructions
If you connected Sasi Sales & Stock Management with Facebook or another Meta product, you can request deletion of data received from Meta in either of these ways:
- Email support@sasiws.test with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request.

- You may also remove Sasi Sales & Stock Management from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. This revokes access from Facebook/Meta.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize Facebook/Meta data associated with your Sasi Sales & Stock Management account unless we must retain limited records for legal, accounting, security, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will respond using the contact details available to us or the email address you use to submit the request.
This section may be used as the Facebook/Meta Data Deletion Instructions URL: https://sasiws.test/privacy-policy.html#meta-data-deletion.
9. Legal Basis and User Responsibility
Business users control the customer information they upload, import, save, or synchronize through Sasi Sales & Stock Management. Business users are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis, consent, contractual right, or other lawful permission to process customer contacts and send messages.
For Bulk SMS, business users must comply with applicable communications, data protection, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws. This includes honoring opt-out requests and avoiding misleading, illegal, or unauthorized messages.
10. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide and operate the platform, including:
- SMS service providers: phone numbers and message content may be shared with SMS gateways to deliver warranty notifications, Bulk SMS campaigns, and service messages.
- Payment providers: payment phone numbers, amounts, references, and transaction status may be shared with payment processors to process credit purchases.
- Hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure providers: information may be processed by service providers that host or secure the platform.
- Google: when you link your Google account, Google processes authentication and provides the Google Contacts API used for import and sync.
- Meta/Facebook: when you use Facebook Login or another Meta integration, Meta processes authentication and may provide the user data or permissions you authorize.
- Legal and safety purposes: information may be disclosed if required by law, court order, regulation, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect rights and safety.
Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us or to you through the platform.
11. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve audit logs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data:
- Business account, user, customer, warranty, transaction, and credit records may be retained while the business account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Google OAuth tokens are retained only while your Google account remains linked or while needed to complete sync operations.
- Google contact mapping records may be retained while sync remains enabled to prevent duplicates and maintain accurate synchronization.
- Facebook/Meta app identifiers, tokens, permissions, and related account-linking records are retained only while needed for the connected feature, security, support, audit, or legal purposes.
- Security, audit, payment, SMS, and reconciliation logs may be retained for compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and operational integrity.
12. Deleting Data and Disconnecting Connected Accounts
You may request deletion of your account data or customer data by contacting us at support@sasiws.test. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or audit purposes.
To disconnect Google from Sasi Sales & Stock Management, use the account connection settings inside Sasi Sales & Stock Management when available, or revoke access from your Google Account security settings. After disconnection, Sasi Sales & Stock Management will stop using Google APIs for your account unless you reconnect it.
Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete customer contacts already imported into Sasi Sales & Stock Management or contacts already created in Google Contacts. You may delete those records separately from Sasi Sales & Stock Management or Google Contacts, subject to your account permissions and retention requirements.
To disconnect Facebook/Meta, remove Sasi Sales & Stock Management from your Facebook account under Apps and Websites or contact us using the Facebook/Meta data deletion instructions in this Privacy Policy.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. These safeguards may include access controls, role-based permissions, authentication, audit logging, encrypted transport where supported, server security controls, and restricted administrative access.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, limiting user permissions to trusted staff, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
14. International Data Processing
Sasi Sales & Stock Management may process and store information on servers or services located in countries different from where you or your customers are located. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Children’s Privacy
Sasi Sales & Stock Management is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Business users should not knowingly upload or process children’s personal information unless they have the legal right to do so.
16. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you or your customers may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request a copy of personal information. Requests can be sent to support@sasiws.test.
Because Sasi Sales & Stock Management is used by businesses to manage their own customer records, customer requests may need to be handled by the relevant business that collected or imported the customer information.
17. Cookies and Local Storage
We may use cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, protect accounts, remember preferences, support PWA features, and improve platform functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
