These Terms govern access to and use of the Sasi Sales & Stock Management platform, including warranty management, customer records, Google Contacts integration, Bulk SMS, payments, credits, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sasi Sales & Stock Management, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sasi Sales & Stock Management on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. About Sasi Sales & Stock Management

Sasi Sales & Stock Management is a business platform for creating and managing digital warranties, customer records, reviews, SMS notifications, Bulk SMS campaigns, credits, payments, reports, and related business workflows.

The platform may include integrations with third-party services such as SMS gateways, payment providers, and Google APIs, including Google Contacts through the People API.

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

We may suspend or restrict accounts if we reasonably believe the account is being misused, violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or threatens platform security.

4. Customer Data and Business Responsibility

You control the customer records, warranty details, contact information, imported contacts, messages, reviews, and other business data you upload, save, import, or process through Sasi Sales & Stock Management.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right, customer consent, contractual authority, or other lawful basis required to collect, store, import, sync, and use customer information.

Important: You are responsible for complying with data protection, consumer protection, telecommunications, marketing, and anti-spam rules that apply to your business and customers.

5. Google Contacts Integration

If you choose to link a Google account, Sasi Sales & Stock Management may use Google APIs to import contacts from Google Contacts into your business customer database and, when enabled, synchronize customer contacts saved in Sasi Sales & Stock Management back to Google Contacts.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Bulk SMS, Notifications, and Messaging

Sasi Sales & Stock Management may allow you to send warranty notifications, service messages, payment-related messages, and Bulk SMS campaigns. You agree that:

Sasi Sales & Stock Management may provide public warranty verification pages and customer review features. You must not manipulate reviews, submit fake reviews, intimidate customers, publish unlawful content, or use public pages to mislead customers.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms platform integrity.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may depend on third-party services including Google APIs, SMS providers, payment gateways, hosting services, analytics, and telecom networks. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, rejections, delays, data errors, or service limitations.

Your use of third-party features may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

11. Intellectual Property

Sasi Sales & Stock Management, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, and platform materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your authorized business purposes while your account remains active and compliant with these Terms.

You retain rights to your business data and customer data, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide the service.

We aim to keep Sasi Sales & Stock Management reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance, business, or technical reasons.

We may add or remove integrations, providers, modules, pricing options, and platform controls over time.

Sasi Sales & Stock Management is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that warranties, SMS messages, imports, sync operations, reports, financial calculations, or third-party services will always be accurate, complete, available, or error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important customer, warranty, credit, payment, and reporting information before relying on it for business, financial, legal, or compliance decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, failed message delivery, or third-party service failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid by your business for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your customer data, your SMS campaigns, your Google Contacts use, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Sasi Sales & Stock Management at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, or if required by law or a third-party provider.

After termination, some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy for legal, accounting, security, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Sasi Sales & Stock Management after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
